Who has access to my key?
Only the delivery team, at the moment of delivery and after verifying your identity. Keys are stored with no personal data attached.
What if I actually lose my keys?
We keep a copy, not your original. If you lose your keys, we bring you the copy so you can get in; afterwards you can change the lock with peace of mind.
What are the delivery hours?
We're still defining the coverage window for each area. When you sign up, we'll confirm the exact hours available at your postal code — no promises we can't keep.
Which areas of Barcelona do you cover?
We're starting with selected neighbourhoods in Barcelona city. Leave your postal code and we'll let you know as soon as we reach yours.
Can I get my key back whenever I want?
Yes. It's your key. Ask for it anytime and we'll return it; you can cancel whenever you like.
